What areas do you serve?

We currently serve select areas throughout Los Angeles and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, feel free to text or email us anytime.

What's included in each service?

Each service includes a different scope depending on the type of cleaning requested. We provide a general overview on our website, and we can also send a detailed service guide PDF upon request.

Do you offer recurring services?

Yes. We offer: Weekly cleanings, Bi-weekly cleanings, Monthly cleanings. Recurring clients may receive preferred pricing.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes. Cleaning agents typically arrive with their own supplis and equipment unless otherwise discussed.

Do you use non-toxic products?

We can accommodate requests for non-toxic or home-safe products whenever possible. Please let us know your preferences when booking.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many clients provide entry instructions ahead of time. We just ask that access details are communicated clearly before the appointment.

How long does a cleaning take?

Timing depends on the size, condition, and type of service requested. We'll provide an estimated timeframe before your appointment.

Booking & Pricing

How do I book a cleaning?

You can submit a request through our website, or contact us directly by text or call.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on: Home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, current condition of the space, type of cleaning requested, and add-ons selected

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. We provide free estimates based on the information you share with us.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.

What payments method do you accept?

We currently accept: Zelle, Credit/Debit card, Venmo

Can the final price change?

In some cases, yes. If the condition of the home differs significantly from the original description, or any additional services are requested during the appointment, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee due to reserved scheduling time.

What happens if I'm running late or can't provide access?

Please communicate with us as soon as possible. Delays in access may shorten the appointment time or require rescheduling.

Satisfaction & Quality

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

client satisfaction is important to us. If there's an issue with the service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll do our best to help address reasonable concerns.

Do you offer refunds?

Because cleaning services involve reserved scheduling time, labor, transportation, and operational costs, completed services are generally non-refundable. However, we're always happy to review concerns and work toward a fair resolution whenever possible.

Are your cleaners vetted?

We work with experienced, professional, and carefully vetted cleaning agents who are committed to providing reliable and detail-oriented service.

Do you clean Airbnbs or rental properties?

Yes. We can assist with rental turnovers and property refreshes depending on availability. 

Do you provide same-day appointments?

Yes, but depending on schedule and availability. Feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
