Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to reserve and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your final service total.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. If the deposit is not received within that timeframe, Prima Cleaning Co. reserves the right to cancel or release the appointment to another client.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice.


Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.


The deposit helps cover scheduling adjustments, reserved appointment time, and cleaner compensation related to late cancellations.

Access To The Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring cleaners have access to the property at the scheduled time.

Condition Of The Home

For safety and health reasons, services may be adjusted, paused, or declined if the property presents unsafe conditions, including but not limited to:

Biohazards
Excessive clutter or conditions preventing safe and effective cleaning

Unsecured or agressive pets

Unsafe construction environments

Additional charges may apply for homes requiring excessive cleaning beyond the scope originally requested.

Pricing & Service Scope

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of booking, including size, condition, and requested services for the property.

Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition of the home differs significantly from the original description or if additional services are requested during the appointment.

Deep cleaning, move in/move out, and post-construction services may require additional time and pricing adjustments depending on the condition of the property.

Satisfaction & Touch-ups

If there is an issue with the service provided, clients must notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning. 

We will do our best to address reasonable concerns and coordinate a touch-up service if appropiate.

Payment Policy

Remaining balances are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We currently accept Zelle and major credit/debit card payments.

Respectful Environment

Prima Cleaning Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, harassment, or disrespect toward our team. By booking a service with Prima Cleaning Co., clients acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
